Trust & transparency

Better business architecture requires trust.

Our working principles for confidentiality, client knowledge, responsible AI and independent client engagements.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Your business
Data · Knowledge · IP
SkydreamLabs

Boundaries and responsibilities defined in the engagement agreement.

01 /

Your knowledge is part of your business.

An engagement can involve non-public information about workflows, customers, suppliers and decision methods. That information should be treated as confidential under the applicable engagement terms.

Client information stays separate from the wider Skydream consumer ecosystem unless an explicit arrangement provides otherwise.

02 /

Use the least information necessary.

Project access should match the work. A workflow review may not need an entire customer database. A content project may not need access to booking systems.

Purpose, access, retention and removal of access should be considered in the project scope. Specific requirements should be raised before sensitive information is shared.

03 /

AI has a defined role, never automatic access.

AI use depends on the task, the information, the vendor, available safeguards and client requirements. Confidential information should not be uploaded to external AI services simply for convenience.

Where AI is appropriate, human review and decision responsibility belong in the workflow. Some projects need no AI at all.

04 /

Client work is not automatically public proof.

Identifiable case studies, testimonials and project results require appropriate permission. Client-specific intellectual property remains distinct from reusable consulting methods.

These are working principles, not a security certification or a substitute for an NDA, engagement agreement or data-processing agreement. Specific obligations are defined contractually.

Clarity, before complexity

A few good questions.

Can we request an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality requirements, including an NDA where appropriate, can be discussed before an engagement.

Will you publish our project?

Not automatically. Identifiable client stories, quotes, results or project details require appropriate permission.

Can you work with competitors?

Potentially. Industry overlap does not automatically create a conflict, but direct competitive circumstances involving sensitive strategy or proprietary knowledge require consideration.
