The best place to start
Find the system behind the symptom.
A Business Architecture Diagnostic connects the dots across your travel business, so you can decide what should change first.
One connected business.
- 01Customer journey
- 02Operations
- 03People
- 04Knowledge
- 05Decision-making
- 06Technology
- 07AI & automation
- 08Growth
“We need a CRM.” “We need AI.” “We need more leads.”
Sometimes those are the right answers. Sometimes they are symptoms of something happening elsewhere. The Diagnostic starts by examining the business as a whole.
It is designed for founders and managers facing connected problems: recurring bottlenecks, fragmented knowledge, unclear ownership, technology sprawl or growth that keeps adding work.
Eight lenses. One business.
We follow the relationships between the customer experience and the organisation supporting it.
- Customer journey: what happens from enquiry to return?
- Operations: where does work slow down or repeat?
- People: who owns decisions and handoffs?
- Knowledge: what should the organisation remember?
- Decision-making: where is expertise implicit?
- Technology: which tools support or complicate the work?
- AI & automation: which jobs are appropriate for machines?
- Growth: how does expertise become customer value?
Leave with a clearer order of action.
The purpose is to make the current system visible, identify the sources of friction and agree a practical sequence.
You receive a synthesis of the current state, the key dependencies and opportunities, and a prioritised recommendation for what should happen next. The agreed scope determines the depth of interviews, workflow mapping and documentation.
An initial conversation defines the fit.
Tell us what is becoming harder and what you would like to be different. We review the context and discuss the appropriate scope, stakeholders, access, timeline and fee.
A website self-assessment is a starting point for reflection. The professional Diagnostic involves understanding your actual business and is scoped separately.
Clarity, before complexity
A few good questions.
Is the Diagnostic a software audit?
It can examine technology, but its scope is broader: customer journey, operations, people, knowledge, decisions, AI and growth. Software may be one part of the resulting recommendation.
Is the initial self-assessment a professional diagnosis?
No. It is a short reflection tool that suggests a practice to explore based on your answers. It does not evaluate business data or replace a scoped Diagnostic.
What does the Diagnostic cost?
The fee is agreed after understanding the scope, stakeholders, workflows and required outputs. No fixed price is published because engagements vary.
Are we committed to a build afterwards?
No. Any blueprint, implementation or ongoing partnership is a separate scope. The Diagnostic helps you decide what should happen next.
Your next move
Your business may not need another tool.
It may need a clearer system.
Let’s understand what is getting harder, where the friction sits, and what should happen first.
