The information you choose to share

SkydreamLabs uses information supplied in a business enquiry to understand the context, respond to the request and discuss a potential engagement. The form asks for contact and company details, business type, the area you want to improve and a description of the challenge.

Do not include passwords, customer records, travel documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

How the enquiry form works

When the button says “Prepare my enquiry”, the form creates a draft in your browser. The details are not submitted to our server. You can review the draft, copy it or open it in your email app. Sending from your email app is a separate action handled by your email provider.

When direct email delivery is enabled and the button says “Send enquiry”, the form sends the submitted details to the studio through the configured email delivery service, Resend. The service is used to deliver the enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Technical information

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded social widgets. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

A hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. The specific provider and its retention settings depend on the production hosting configuration.

Storage and retention

Self-assessment answers remain in the current page and are not submitted. The website does not use local storage to save enquiry details or assessment answers.

Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in your browser as skydreamlabs-theme. It is not sent to the studio. Clear your site data to remove the preference and follow your device setting again.

An enquiry that you send becomes correspondence in the receiving mailbox and, if enabled, passes through the email delivery provider. Information should be retained only for the purpose of the enquiry, an agreed engagement and applicable obligations. Contact the studio to discuss your information.

Your choices and questions

You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or raise a question about its use, by contacting hello@skydreamlabs.travel. Applicable rights and any retention obligations depend on the circumstances.

This notice describes the website implementation. Contractual confidentiality and any project-specific processing arrangements are agreed separately.
