Designed around human expertise.
Your business learns every day. Does the organisation remember?
A traveller values privacy over room size. A couple rejects a beautiful resort because it feels too formal. A returning client explains which transfer they would never choose again.
These conversations contain decision context. When they remain in an inbox or an advisor’s memory, the business cannot consistently use what it has learned.
Contact data is only the beginning.
An email address and a booking record tell you who someone is and what they bought. Traveller intelligence also captures why they chose, what they rejected and which trade-offs mattered.
We design practical structures for gathering relevant knowledge, with a clear purpose and proportionate access. More intelligence does not mean collecting everything.
- Discovery and traveller-profile architecture.
- Customer preferences, constraints and decision context.
- Supplier knowledge and operational learning.
- Feedback, lost enquiries and repeat-customer insight.
Build organisational memory into the workflow.
Knowledge capture should happen where the work already happens. We define what should be recorded, how it is organised, who can use it and how it stays current.
A useful system helps an advisor understand the context without requiring the previous advisor to be in the room. Human observations remain distinguishable from confirmed facts.
What an Intelligence engagement can produce.
The starting point may be a traveller intelligence audit, a redesigned discovery process or a knowledge architecture for the team.
- A map of useful knowledge and current information gaps.
- A structured traveller profile and data model.
- Knowledge capture, retrieval and review workflows.
- Clear access, purpose and ownership for information.
Clarity, before complexity
A few good questions.
Is traveller intelligence the same as a CRM?
No. A CRM is a tool for storing and managing relationships. Traveller intelligence is the structure and use of what the business learns about preferences, context, decisions and outcomes. A CRM may support it.
Do we need to collect more customer data?
Not necessarily. Begin by understanding the information already collected, why it matters and how it can be used appropriately. Collect only what has a clear purpose.
Does this require AI?
No. Structured documentation, a database or better discovery questions may be sufficient. AI is considered only where there is a defined, suitable job.
Your next move
Your business may not need another tool.
It may need a clearer system.
Let’s understand what is getting harder, where the friction sits, and what should happen first.
